good restaurant free kayaks tiny pool much chlorine
The location was great I was near the beach and a good restaurant. There were also other food places close by TOO. I liked that the hotel provided kayaks and books to use for free.
The photos online did NOT reflect the appearance of the hotel. The pool seemed tiny, and the water had so much chlorine that it was practically impossible to swim in it.

Amazing Stay!
scooter rentals quick communication great value
I really enjoyed the scooter rentals available directly at the resort! It made exploring the island easy. The staff communicated well via WhatsApp. I got quick answers to my questions. The food at the restaurant was delicious and a great value for the money!
The room I booked did not entirely match the pictures online, though it was still decent.

The restaurant staff were very attentive. They always greeted me with a smile. Communication via WhatsApp was prompt, I got responses quickly. The manager addressed my concerns immediately, resolving them effectively.

The resort offered scooter rentals directly onsite, convenient. The beach had ample sunbeds available. There was always a place to relax. I saw free kayaks, a padel board, and surfing boards available for guest use!

The room included air conditioning, I found it spacious, and it was comfortable. I had easy access to the beach from my room. A TV and a fridge were also available, I used them both.

The hotel location is excellent. It is right on a nice beach. Sunbeds were always available for hotel guests. The beachfront is very private. I enjoyed this. The staff is friendly and helpful with requests.
The shower lacked separation from the rest of the bathroom. This caused the entire floor to get wet.

The hotel restaurant is convenient, offering various meal options. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). I found several dining options within a short walk from the hotel premises.

The staff assisted me with motorbike rental directly at the hotel, useful. The front desk personnel was very responsive to my inquiries and requests. They provided prompt solutions. Massages are available, too.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area. It is a short walk to Grandfather and Grandmother Rock. I found the hotel close to a 7-Eleven and other small shops, very convenient. Lamai center is also easily accessible.

I liked the good beach access. The nearby shops and restaurants were convenient. I had a standard double room. It was spacious. The bed felt very good. Trees are a plus. I watched birds.

beachfront bliss!
direct access beach towel beautiful layout
i loved the direct beach access, made morning swims super easy. beach towels were available, a great convenience for me. the resort had a beautiful layout with nice rooms.. i especially appreciated how close i was to the beach.
the pool lacked handrails, which i found a bit dangerous, especially since the steps were slippery.

the staff were efficient and very nice indeed. they were always available and ready to help with anything i needed. i felt welcomed and well cared for.

the food at the poolside restaurant was excellent and a good value. i liked that i could enjoy drinks and meals with a view of the ocean. the restaurant offered a relaxed atmosphere and varied menu.
